Comfort Suites Charlotte North - Sales Administrator

HP Hotels is offering a great opportunity to join a growing hotel development and management company as the Sales Administrator of our Comfort Suites and Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in North Charlotte, NC.  We offer an uncomplicated hotel experience, with the promise of the highest level of customer service. Conveniently located in North Charlotte, near the Northlake Mall, we are convenient to shopping, dining and I-77 and the new 485.

 We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Sales Administrator.  Our Team is committed to increasing market share and delivering value to our guests.   

We would prefer some hospitality sales experience, who is highly organized and creative.

Requirements include but are not limited to assisting the sales team to:

Social Media

Scheduling Social Media posts 2-3 time a week for each hotel: Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Pintrest and others as determined.
Constant Contact scheduled one for each hotel to go out and be approved according to schedule provided by Director of Sales.
Assisting Sales Managers from both properties with items as they request throughout the day, and allowing time for flexibility.

Group Block Assistance

Assisting with group resumes, rooming lists, building groups or meetings in the front desk systems, group maintenance, and reservations as needed.

Checking the arrival lists for groups to ensure reservations are booked correctly with group proper group coding and rates.
Fill in hit list addresses and phone numbers for Sales Managers (could be monthly)

Attend Sales Meetings and take notes.
Assist with final billing on groups as asked by Sales Managers with folios and receipts the following business day.
Prepare for Sales Blitz
Assist with any flyers, social, and corporate related as request by DOS and Sales Managers
Assist in preparing lobby/ meeting sign for events
Adding group pick up for the previous month to be added for both hotels
Update Delphi as requested by DOS and Sales Managers
Cover Sales Offices as requested
As needed assisting in answering the phone at either sales office
Assist in ensuring files are established, organized, and updated.
Assist in greeting clients and tours when Sales Manager is unavailable.
