As a Guest Service Agent, you are responsible for but not limited to:
*Greet all customers who approach the Front Desk is a smiling, friendly manner, following all established procedures and policies.
*Check-out departing guests in the most efficient manner possible, following all established procedures and policies.
*Review arriving reservations for the day early in the shift, checking for special request, VIP's, etc., pre-assigning rooms as necessary.
*Preregister groups that have requested preregistration.
*Count cash drawer at beginning and end of each shift. Prepare shift deposits accurately, following standard procedures.
*Handle complaints efficiently and courteously. Elevate situation when necessary. Answer telephone efficiently and pleasantly. be knowledgeable about scheduled groups and meetings. coordinate with maintenance with any guest reported problems. Other duties as assigned.
Please note this is a second shift position. Weekends availability is required.
