Hilton Garden Inn West Little Rock is searching for an Executive Housekeeper to manage the Hotel Housekeeping Staff in order to continue our excellent track record of cleanliness and customer service. We are a 3 year hotel located in West Little Rock with 133 guest rooms. The position is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the hotel guest areas.
Candidate must have supervisory experience in any element of Housekeeping in the Hospitality, Medical or Retail fields. Hilton experience is a plus but not required. Candidates must have been in previous supervisory or management roles supervising no less than 10 associates. Ability to manage a diverse staff in training, leading and consistency in achieving High cleanliness scores through the implementation of Hilton Standards.
Candidate must be computer literate with basic knowledge of Windows, Excel and Word. Mathematical inclined candidates with the necessary qualifications are encouraged to apply.
